If you have any Baptist in you, you know what that means. I am using this with a double meaning : sow and sooo.
Sow: to plant by scattering in or on the earth. What are you scattering? Wow that just gave me pause. What have you left behind that has the capacity to grow?
Sooo, I pause to think about what I am planting, which is a little different. Planting is more precise than scattering (copied that from my Pastor). I choose to purposely plant seeds of health education. I expect to reap healthy individuals who feel empowered to fully participate in their healthcare decisions. You can sow too. When you know better, share it with someone else. Leave behind good ground with good fruit that nourishes a community.
