October is health literacy month

As this month begins, I find myself beginning a new journey as well. I’m sitting in a great space that is a new Health and Wellness Clinic. I had the privilege of speaking to some health coaches on the topic of health literacy. I am thrilled that my new leader just asked me if I have any AskMe3 posters.
